One Template Multiple Sites

- I guess I should have asked this question before starting my site, but I was so excited to start. ;D I want to build a site that can be customized for different cities. Most of the content and content positions will be used throughout each site, however I want some of the information to be relavent to that particular city. (like weather and local information). How can I do that with each site having it's own domain name. Also I know it's best to place the template in the root menu, but for this project each city has it's own sub directory. Will this make a difference. I'm going to use the mediamogul template 1.5. And just for information I'd like to expand the amount of cities at some point. What is the best way to go about this. Thanks ;D
