Banners poping up on page

- I'm currently adding banners to my site. I think I did everything ok. However, there are banners that pop up into my site that I know nothing about or did not assign. For instance, that Walmart smiley face banner comes up. My banners never shows, even though the unauthorized banners pop up in the right position. Can anyone help me with this. And i looked around for a tutorial on adding banners, but can't find one. Does anyone know where on is. Thanks.
