Firenzie article rating displays error message

When I allow for Article Rating/Voting, I then test the item on the actual page, click "rate" and the page forwards to a blank page with:
Fatal error: Call to undefined function: stripos() in /home/content/d/o/l/dololeeper/html/newsite/libraries/joomla/environment/uri.php on line 675
Anyone have any insight into why this is happening? Here is the link to the page:
