Decent css editor for pc similar in function to CSSEdit

Does anyone know of a decent css editor for the pc, that you can visually edit things and see your changes as your edit like CSSEdit's live preview. I have been looking at that and it looks awsome, then I realised it was for mac arghh nightmare :-[ >
. Nearest thing I can come up with is topstyle, but it doesnt look half as good?...... anyone any suggestions ?.

2) Provide link to your site to help us help you better

- don't know if anyone has looked at this in awhile. I checked it out this week and all I can say is OMG!!! this is fantastic. I may never do anything by hand again. Well worth the time to demo.
