How to install widget

- Hello, new to Joomla and I am having problems installing widget. I would like to install this widget <iframe src=" www.homeinsight.com/Widget/default.asp?JOUG6V02MSHK " id="iframeWidget" frameborder="0" scrolling="no" style="height:380px; width:175px;" allowtransparency="true"></iframe> on the right side of my synaps template using Jooomla 1.5. I tried turning of Editor and pasting the HTML but didn't work. I don't know too much HTML and very little about Joomla. I can follow directions though:) Thank you very much.

mosiframe for Joomla 1.5
(to insert in an article).
