Help with DB error

So, my site keeps crashing about once a day with the following error:
jtablesession::Store Failed DB function failed with error number 1062 Duplicate entry '1-' for key 2 SQL=INSERT INTO `jos_session` ( `session_id`,`time`,`username`,`gid`,`guest`,`client_id` ) VALUES ( 'facfe05d06a1da2a7c10e2372d4977b7','1230051890','','0','1','0' )
I log in to to the host's control panel and run a repair on the database and end up with with info like this:
yorksonl_tagamers.jos_session info : Wrong bytesec: 105-118- 97 at 23260; Skipped warning : Number of rows changed from 17 to 15 status : OK
The site will run fine for one or two days and it will error out again. If anyone has any ideas what is causing this, I would love to hear it.

Might want to try a search at the Joomla forums. I have never run into this but it might be a problem with the type of mySql provider you are using with your Joomla setup.

Oh, I've been looking around for a solution but have not found any. That's why I ended up here asking about it. I've seen that discussion you linked but it does not have a resolution in it. Yes, doing a DB repair will get the site working again but something is causing it to crash 24-48 hours later.
The Christmas present from my website to me was yet another of these crashes this morning.
