Odd database error at my site and on Joomla.org

Just wondering if this is a global attack, or a browser problem at my end..
Today I suddenly got an error on my own site, without having installed anything.. Later today I got the same error at Joomla.org:
jtablesession::Store Failed DB function failed with error number 1062 Duplicate entry '1-' for key 2 SQL=INSERT INTO `jos_session` ( `session_id`,`time`,`username`,`gid`,`guest`,`client_id` ) VALUES ( '05fe7edea4268d8806c64bceac451614','1231778154','','0','1','0' )
Anyone seen something similar lately?

- This can happen if you have tried to use a J! 1.0 database for J! 1.5 or if your tables are broken. Try the repair database function and see if it works out for you.

Cheers... but I am really curious about why it happend on both my site and Joomla.org at the same day... I mean what are the odds?
