Joomla Extensions Site down??

Hi!
I was trying to open the Joomla Extensions Directory a few times today,
first I got 500 Error and now I am getting "Database Error: Unable to connect to the database:Could not connect to MySQL"
Does anybody know whats wrong and if they are getting it fixed soon??

Even, i am facing "network timed out" problem
Maybe, some kind of updations going on
- Quick tips::
1) Clear your browser cache if changes dont reflect
2) Provide link to your site to help us help you better
3) Use in firebug
