MySQL server problem

I have a major problem on my sites. I have two sites:
slickspartan.net
slickgamers.com
When I go to these sites, I get a MySQL error. It says "Database Error: Unable to connect to the database:Could not connect to MySQL." I don't know what to do. Please help me.
I have already emailed the administrator of my web host. But awaiting reply.
I think it has to do something that is Joomla related. It happened when I tried to make the order of my articles from "default" to "Most recent" . right when I clicked save, the MySQL error showed. What could possibly be the problem and how do I fix this?

both sites are loading fine for me, one has a halo3 banner the other is using mixxmag
if you are not connecting to mysql i'd speak to your host, especially if all you've done is change something within the joomla core - www.c3p0.se - sweden
