I am trying to figure the best way to migrate an existing site to a Rocket Theme template. The site currently uses a free template from Joomlashack and you can view it here:
http://www.soncoastchrysalis.org
I have copies the site over to a developmental sub-domain for testing only and installed the template but it it hard and laborious to get it set up like the demo.
I have thought about using the Rocket Laucher version and import my SQL database but I am not sure if this will trim the setup time.
Any ideas on the quickest may to do this?

i think the best way to do this would be by creating a test environment, e.g. yourdomain.com/new
then copy over your site to that directory, create a copy of the database and use that instead of the database for your live site
then install the template and play. when you are ready move it over to yoursite.com - www.c3p0.se - sweden

Rocketlauncher package comes with fresh joomla install as it already has everything of a demo template - Quick tips::
1) Clear your browser cache if changes dont reflect
2) Provide link to your site to help us help you better
3) Use in firebug
