    Servint.net, amazing!

    • Hey,

Just a quick post really. I was with ultrahosting.com, they always provided decent service without too many problems, but recently I had a massive outage which they can't really explain, as much as I have asked. All I can gather is that it wasn't my individual server.

The server was down for about two days, and I have some quite important data on there, so it was quite a long time, and was unacceptable for me.

During the outage, I decided to purchase a server from servint.net. I took about a day solid to set it up to my specific needs and get it just right. I only had a couple of problems which I couldn't work out, I submitted two tickets, each had responses in under 10 mins, which lengthly instructions on one and an explaination on the other.

Obviously it's early days, but I havn't read anything but praise for these guys, and I know others here use them to. So far I'm noticing the speed is much better from USA to UK, and that that makes a big difference in my eyes.

Either way, just thought I'd post incase anyone was looking for a new host. If anyone decides to go with these guys, if you PM me for my account details, I can get referral credits :D

    • Thanks =) a nice site is on the way ASAP, i like the style of the current but its not really us. And we havn't had time to update the blog or portfolio in months and months. For a good reason though, lots of work ;)
