Anyone here have any joomsuite experience ?
I purchased the suite package.. $169 and have gotten ZERO support from them.
Looks like they are a total scam outfit, hoping maybe someone has something positive to say about them or can figure out how to make this stuff work, because I can't figure it out.

I bought a couple add-ons from them when they were just running the joomlaequipment.com site (year or so ago). Had the jpromoter - and needed some tweaking for Mosets tree. with time difference I had to catch them at odd hours (for me) but they were very helpful. I spoke to them on phone but mostly via skype chat. Most what I have heard and read about them is good. They are not a scam outfit - unless something change but I doubt that they seemed to be very respectable people.

You think I have left message after message on their forum ?
If I hadn't tried contacting them, I couldn't say I have received no support from them.
the msn and skype contact on the page that i linked to, from what i´ve quickly checked trying to help you, are different from the ones under the support menu and it even lists his cell phone number
maybe, it´s just one guy and maybe he is on holiday or maybe he hasn´t got round to it .. maybe, just maybe if you add his msn or skype and say hi, he might reply. as a last resort, maybe you could pick up the phone and ring him, but as you´ve probably done that, i apologise. i was only trying to help because last time i had dealing with them, i think i got a reply very quickly on that skype address on that page i linked to - www.c3p0.se - sweden

This sounds strange as I have bought 13 licences from joomsuite, and the support has been great since I first joined as a customer.
Have you tried to contact Dmitry Lapshukov or Sergey Romanov directly through skype msn?
Joomsuite is definately not a scam.
