You got it sorted.
Did bit of research on this and yes, this happens due to malware which gets in the site in form of iframes due to which google blocks the site so as to avoid infection for others - Quick tips::
1) Clear your browser cache if changes dont reflect
2) Provide link to your site to help us help you better
3) Use in firebug

- Damned annoying to say the least, I've got better things to do than try and sort these kind of problems out. Anyway, at least I'm familiar with it now, I know what I'm looking for if it happens again.
