Quick Reply "Jumpy" With Long Posts?

I know, I know, stop being so verbose, but whenever I am testing stuff using IE8, forget I am using IE8, and login to RT to look something up and post, I notice that the QR gets "jumpy" with long(er) posts...so much so that you can't see what you are typing, try to move the right-hand scroll bar down, then with the next keystroke, bam...jumps back up.
Is it just me?
