Removing Iframer Trojan scripts

    • about three weeks ago I upgraded to the latest version of filezilla. After that I started having problems and then realised that it had done some strange things to the permissions. Unfortunately a lot of my sites got hacked and the Iframer Trojan script was put on virtually every HTML file, plus a few PHP files. It took me six hours to remove them all. I've still got a website that has got some scripts on the pages. The scripts all seem to be the same, I read somewhere that you can actually remove these malicious scripts at the same time, instead of having to do them individually, if all the scripts are identical which I think they are mine. Can anyone give me some guidance on how I can do this? Thanks a lot

I'm using kaspersky and get a warning message every time I open up this website

    • Hello,

      Maybe not a good way....
You may download the entire folder including the files of your site and put it in your desktop
Then using Dreamweaver to find the iframe code
In the "Find in" field, you choose "Folder", then point to your site folder in the desktop
it will search all the iframe codes in the files inside the folder
