A good place to get stock photos for web use

Hi RT'ers.
Would anyone like to help out with getting a list together for locations to purchase stock photos for use with web site building? I see loads of sites with the juicy photos on the front page. I have looked through many sites offering pictures that i could use however, if I chose to use them I would not have any budget left for making the web site..kind of ironic!!
If you know of a location for 'good' clipart perhaps it would be good to share..
Again I am sure I speak for most, I dont have a problem with paying for hi-quality pictures, but a reasonable price would be good!

As far as stock photos are concerned, one of the sites i use very often is
sxc.hu
.
They have a very large selection of high res, high quality photos and most are free, only require a free registration to access. They do have some higher quality commercial photos available as well for each section.

is a place I have used some. Their prices range now from 1-15 credits and I think if you buy quantity a credit can be less than $1, or slightly more than $1 if you buy small quantities.
Quality comparable to any commercial stock photography placed I've seen and only a fraction of the cost.
Oh, and for web design you would only ever need the smallest resolution files. So most of the time you are only look at $1-3 for a photo.

Whats the deal with multi user licences when signing up to these..
just loosly thinking, say for instance ' if we all were to work for the same business' would this mean that we might be able to just purchase 1 royalty free membership for that business, then all use stock..or is this kinda greay area...
Purchse Conglomerate came to mind..

We use and recommend iStockPhoto when you're creating your sites. I agree with Philip. Here's my profile on iStockphoto. Seriously, you won't go wrong there.
