    • Often times I build a joom site in a test directory (let's call it Directory-A). I want to move the site to to the final directory (Directory-B).

      I tried dragging the source files via FTP but errors showed up. Any ideas anyone?

    • Hello Rob,

      Along with moving all your files over via ftp, you will also need to change the server path, database settings, etc in your "configuration.php" file to reflect your new root directory. You will also need to modify the paths in any other applications you use on the site that require a server path (such as forums, etc)
