I'm working on a site for my Joomla! development work (hacks, components, modules, bots, etc.) and I think that it would benefit from a bit of actual artistic work.
Style wise I am looking for something fairly comic/charicature style, but with a very clean/smooth/polished finish.
The domain is JoomlaNinja.com - and for now it is just parked. I am attaching an image that I mocked up to get some idea of what I might be looking for, but please note that I would probably want a character that isn't in silhouette and/or has a bit more attitude. Also, the ninja in this sample is borrowed from maggie-bones.deviantart.com/ - and used here only as a mockup.
I'd like to keep this in the RT family, but if anyone has a graphic artist that they want to reccomend, please feel free to do so. - www.gofftech.com Web Design

I came across this guys work in webshostingtalk.com, At that time he showed all his work on one page and it was amazing.
He had a lot more images up before.

Joseph, I like the image that I have now too. . . I just don't have permission to use the ninja in it. The font is free and clear, and the kanji is, well, kanji.
Perhaps I'll just have to try my hand at drawing a similar ninja.

I am pretty sure you can find a talented artist to create a ninja just as good; maybe even yourself. I wish I had that kind of talent myself. Its funny, I spent an awful amount of time getting into position to open a financial planning practice, yet its the web stuff that I find myself drawn to.

It does look simple, but then, everytime that I sit down to give it a shot myself. . .
Perhaps, when I was in school learning how to program computers, I should have devoted my extracurricular time to learning about things like negative space.
