    • When a logo hovers over another element in the template, see logo in www.argentagallery.com , how do you get the logo to not look terrible like this. I should have written this down last time I fugured it out.

do you mean the text up at the top?

the best solution would be to do it in a transparent background in fireworks, and save as a PNG..

if you don't have fireworks.. you can still use photoshop, just make sure you use a transparent background.

it looks like your problem came from some spotty background erasing.

    • I just have Photoshop. I just want to type some text and save it with transparency, but I get the artifacts around the letters. I have tried smooth, crip, none and other text setting. When I save as a png, IE scews up the image.

    • I made these in Fireworks, sorry that I don't have the exact font that you had used.

Feel free to use any of these if they are suitable for your needs.

      Cheers!

    • Thanks Roland, but pull the site up now in IE. The transparency is gone.

    • Dang. Mayhaps because I have Fireworks 4?

You could resolve this by putting a clear image of the same size overtop of the logo as the RT templates have I believe, someone correct me if I am wrong.

I'll see what I can do later mate, gotta go right now.

      Cheers!

    • Okay, try this one. ;)

If you don't like the colours, just let me know what colours you want, oh, anf if you don't like the little icon, I can remove that.

I think (keyword:think) that this will work in IE. [fingers crossed]

      Cheers!
