Ok, this may or may not be template related, and I already posted on the forum site who this component belongs to, but I haven't heard anything back yet.
On this page, it's gone all wonky. There is supposed to be two nicely styled tables created from forms side by side on this page and the "Login" should be at the bottom underneath.
You will need a login to view it: fabrik, pass: fabrikar
Can anyone help me? I did mess with bits of code here and there, but nothing that should have related to this, and I believe it was working properly since I did that... - When solved, please modify your original post and add (SOLVED) into the subject AND change your icon to the green check. This helps people know they can find a solution in your post if they have the same problem.

Did you try toggling the Fabrik parameters to not load their mootools 1.2?
It's 2:00am, but take a longer look at this one tomorrow morning over coffee, but it does look like you are loading multiple mootool libraries on that page.
