Hi!
I can not clearly understand one thing, am I allowed to write down on my website Designed by... me for ex.? Offcoarse the template is made by Rockettheme, but the design, customization and some other functions are made by me. How exactly does it work? Or should I write that the design is mine, but I ised the Rockettheme template?

No, you cannot write Designed by you, the template has been designed by RocketTheme.

When you make modifications you cannot claim to have designed the template, you can say you developed the template. you can certainly say it's based on a RocketTheme design, I of course would encourage that although it's not a requirement. - Yves
