- Same thing happened to me a few weeks ago. I made the home page of Digg and number 2 under Gaming and my server was going down. Bad thing was, I made like $1.00 that day. Digg users are generally smart and don't click on ads.

  Yeah host provider has taken me down - Which is annoying to say the least. Rocket Theme (sporticus) site btw.

  ha thanks Dave - apparently I took a whole heap of sites down that were on the same shared platform - This makes me feel a bit better, but still gutted that I am now offline and missing out on thousands of visitors. Imagine how much worse it would have been if you had written the article.
