Problem with explorer

Hi,
I am using the template Kinetic from the rocket theme and I am a bit desprate because when I load a picture one out of two times internet explorer does not recognize it it shows a little box with a cross whereas on firefox it works perfectly. (all are in jpg)
please need help this is very urgent!
