Youtube and Recent Video's Module in Hyperion

I can't find a thread with this specific problem. I am trying to use the "Recent Video's Module" that is built into Hyperion template. (

The module installed, showed sample vidoe's hosted on blip.tv. I tried to use this same service, but because I am marketing a specific product/service they wouldn't keep my account (they were very quick to review!) So I have to host my video's on YouTube. I'm trying to figure out which code to paste in my xml file. The code looks like this:

<title>About ContactPoint</title>
<description>What we do to increase your sales.</description>
<path>thumbs/image3.jpg</path>
<data> </data>
</item>
Because I know that the blip.tv <data> tag was correct, I know that my you tube data tag is wrong, but I don't know where/how to find the right link to the flv file that I uploaded to YouTube's website. Does youtube provide a specific .flv link? Where do I find it? What else can I do to make my YouTube hosted video work with this?
