In summary, the key feature and most complex item is the header. It may just look like another fading header, but this is NOT flash! It's pure XHTML/CSS and Javascript. It uses some pretty complex blending techniques that really produce a very nice and flexible effect. I just love the green variation! Plus the great thing about this is that it's using 2 divs so you can resize the header and even put a transparent PNG logo on top and the effet remains! try that with flash!
also the focus-slide menu is pretty cool
