Grunge Template - Check Box Errors

Hi,
I am working on a web site using the Grunge Template as the base ...
I just upgraded Gantry to the latest version and most everthing seems to be ok... but I just noticed the check boxes have disappeared from the Search Screen and User Profile screens, as shown in screen shots below.

Any ideas what may be missing or conflicting? I have K2 installed for content management so it may be causing some conflicts... any ideas on where to look for a resolution, would be appeciated.
