Quasar change module text color in "bottom"

I have links in modules placed in the "bottom" section. I want to use a different color text than what is being inherited from the gantry settings in the backend. Where can I change the links and text for the bottom modules - only?
I am sure this is simple - I am having trouble tracking it down.

Thanks for the access to your site.
I would suggest that you add the following line to your template.css file, changing the hex colour value to your choice.
/* Change colour of footer links */ #rt-bottom a {color:#ffffff;}
