Image Padding or Header padding?!?

Hello. I am getting very frustrated with my Grunge Header. I added my own image with Simple Imag Holder in showcase-a. There is a padding on the top of the header and below the header. I have looked through the template, the SIH module, and all other css files and I cannot find any padding to adjust for that area.
Any ideas?!?
