custom background image on article pages in Grunge

hi -
for a site built on the Grunge template...
so I figured out how to add a custom background image to articles on the home page - "blog" - by adding this code to template.css
#rt-main .blog {background:url(" www.lisagirard.com/LazyRockinB/images/mainbody-bg.png ") repeat-y scroll;}
but i cant figure out how to add the same bg image to just 'regular article pages' -
i've tried
in template.css
#rt-main .page {background:url(" www.lisagirard.com/LazyRockinB/images/mainbody-bg.png ") repeat-y scroll;}
and in style1.css
#rt-page{background:url(" www.lisagirard.com/LazyRockinB/images/mainbody-bg.png ") repeat-y scroll;}
and neither of those are working.
what am i missing here?

In your template.css file add this:
div#rt-mainbody div.component-content {background: url("http://www.lisagirard.com/LazyRockinB/images/mainbody-bg.png") repeat-y scroll 0 0 transparent;}
