header and footer supporting files?

Hi All,
I have scoured the board and everywhere else I can think of, but I still not clear. I would appreciate your help.
Our site is using Quasar 1.5
www.tinydigital.com/cam/
Another department who runs our support site (different platform/different host) wants to duplicate the header (menu, social icons, logo, and overall color scheme) and footer area of our main website (address above).
They asked that I supply the actual html code for the header and footer areas, along with any supporting scripts (javascript, etc.). They need to be provided with everything to create a fully functional header and footer that replicates the main site.
My question is... What files should I provide them?
I am assuming I should give them:
index.php
template.css
styleX.css
Since our menu is using roknavmenu, is there a javascript file or other file I should hand them as well?
Where are they located?
I would appreciate any and all of your help.
