RokGallery & RokSprocket Problem - Solved

I've been having an impossible time trying to get a rokgallery module to display images in the rokbox popups like in the demo. In my case clicking the images just leads to the image... no popup. Example:

Here's where I'm at: I created a rokgallery module. I placed the module on the page. The module appears and the images are there. I tried configuring the module "link to RokBox2 full image", but it never works. Rokbox1 doesn't work either.
On a side note, I notice that my roksprocket module is out of date, but each time I attempt to update it I get a server error after about 60 seconds. The same error occurs if I try to do a clean install of roksprocket.
