If you are asking for that topic to be "stickied" to the top of the forum - then I think the answer will be "NO". The reason being that we can't support your solution and it it asks members to make changes to our original template files (which we always discourage). That said, if you believe your solution is a complete and effective solution then you should post it in the "requests" forum and request that our DEVS incorporate your solution into the RT product properly. I would also add that I think it would be unlikely given the brief look I have had at your solution, but maybe the "requirement" can be incorporated in future product release if not the "solution" proposed.
