    • Hi guys,

      This is my first time posting on the forum,
      My rokgalery now stopped to work,
      it shows this error,

      {"status":"error","message":"Unable to find class for item ","payload":null}

      when I press the button "LOAD MORE Hold Shift to load all"
      Ive been using, rokgallery 2.22, which I upgraded to 2.29,
      I also updated roksprocket and rokbox just in case, I use also a roktheme which I upgraded gantry.

      My installation is a Joomla 2.5 over apache2.2 mysql 5.1, php5.4
      I have other joomlas with similar configurations but those dont have this issue.

    • It can be shown from the administrator access,
      Can I send you the access to reproduce the issue?
      You would need to go to components > Rokgallery > load more.

    • It's gotta be a plugin conflict... I would suggest disabling all non RocketTheme plugins and extensions and testing

      if that doesn't resolve you can post Super User details in the Secure Tab of a Full Reply here

    • Did you try disabling all non-RT plugins, clearing your browser cache, and testing?

      EDIT: Ok, I see you said you can't do this... sorry, but this is definitely the next step...
