Hi,
Is it possible to download bug fixes for templates that you have already bought, when you don't have a subscription ? or do you have to pay for that? surely this is fixing something that you have already paid for and should be FREE , Rockettheme know what you have bought in the past from your Login details.

I don't think you get the concept. You paid for a subscription, which means in a specified time period you get to download all the products your entitled to including all newer versions of our products. Along with that subscription you aslo get FREE support through the forums.
When your subscription runs out you no longer have access to our products.
However we have added a new feature to give our users more options. These are called " Single Template Purchases " These have become very popular.

Hi Dan,
I get the concept but your not getting what I am saying, I can understand that you cannot download new products which is understandable, but bug fixes are correcting problems in a product that you have already sold, like for example if you buy a vaccuum cleaner and the manufacturer finds a fault in it (bug) then the product is recalled and a new version is issued free of charge because it was their fault in the first place.

Every product you buy now gives you a 90 day to one year warranty. To go beyond that you have to PAY to purchase an extended warranty period. This is exactly how our subscription system works.
It's no different than our competitors or any of the 3rd party apps you'll find on JED.
