i have problem in the rtl in my website also i must be like in this picture

and login page al-hidaya.net/index.php?option=com_users...YS5uZXQvYWNjb3VudA==
what can i change in the css please ?
and i have somme dead links , den i have removed some article , how can redirect this links like this al-hidaya.net/books/index.php/2012-12-24...9/itemlist/tag/china to the home page ?
and how can translate the read more in the 2 rockspocket modure in the home page al-hidaya.net/ ?
