SOLVED After reduce size website in Google browser - all navigation stop to work

Hi
I am using Spectral Template for my website www.herbalbeautysf.com . ( I was paid user with 5 licences). I noticed today on laptop , when I reduce size of my website in Google and try navigate like on cellphone - all navigation buttons stop (freeze). Also after return in full size it is freeze.
I must reload website to work again
In Mozilla there are no problems - works fine
Can you give some hint about it?

Hi there,
Just resizing your browser is the incorrect way to test for responsive design. When the page is loaded it determines the viewport and sets up scripts according to that. By simply resizing the browser you are failing to load all required scripts.
Each time you change the browser size you must reset by reloading the page.
