    • Hi:
      I got an error on my site that
      Deprecated: preg_replace(): The /e modifier is deprecated, use preg_replace_callback instead in /libraries/rokcommon/RokCommon/Service/ContainerImpl.php

      After a brief search online, I went to the admin panel and turned off three rok plugins and the site came back without the rokSprocket. Then, I went to the plugins and turned on rokSprocket. Sadly, now I get this message and seem to be locked out of the site (locked out in the sense that the admin panel menu selections do nothing):
      0 RokSprocket needs the RokCommon Library and Plug-in installed and enabled. The RokCommon System Plug-in needs to be before the RokSprocket System Plug-in in the Plug-in Manager

      I'd love to retrace my steps, but selecting the plugin menu option in the admin panel doesn't do anything.

      Is there a way to edit the plugin config files to disable the roksprocket and then re-enable it in the correct sequence?

      Your kind help is most appreciated.

      UPDATE: I've attempted the solution provided at this case , but this did not resolve the issue. :(

    • disable RokSprocket by renaming the folder wp_content/plugins/roksprocket to like wp_content/plugins/roksprocket-bak

      Then see if you can access your Admin and reinstall RokCommon

      the error you got is just a warning/message... it's not a functionality breaker... you just need to set WP_DEBUG to FALSE in your wp-config file... upgrading RokCommon/RokSprocket to current versions may clear the error as well
