RokGallery permissions

  • RokGallery permissions

Posted 9 years 3 months ago
    • Trying to add a user with administrative access (not super user) and using Joomlas 3.4.8.

For RokGallery, there are no permissions in the ACL and am wondering if there are any options for users to edit the gallery on the backend without having full access like a super user.

If not, how would you allow someone to have frontend editing access?

    • You can use a product called "ACL Manager" which can repair the missing asset and allow better access control of rokgallery in the backend. I highly recommend this extension (not free) as it makes joomla ACL much easier to understand and control.

bought ACL Manager, have to change a group (user level is not available), have to fix object pb as suggested by ACL Manager, and then bingo, works like a charm !

    • Porée - yes ACLManager is well worth the money in my opinion. Makes everything so much easier to understand.
