    • The current version of Voxel is v1.8 and this is compatible with J3.6.x (1.7 probably is too but there are bug fixed in v1.8 that you do need too).

Your subscription appears to have expired in 2015. Support does require a current subscription as does the ability to download the latest version of the template.

    • You will also need to ensure that all other RT products are up to date too. What error did it give?

    • a completely blank screen it most likely a server500 error (look in browser console) the real error message associated with that will be shown in the apache error log - it's also worth setting joomla global configuration error level to "maximum" too to see if that reveals a better error message...

But check you meet system requirements

      System Requirements:

Apache 2.x or Microsoft IIS 7
PHP support for the SQLite PDO driver
PHP support for the MySQL PDO driver
MySQL (5.0.4 or higher) with InnoDB support
      PHP support for PDO
      PHP support for GD2
PHP 5.3.x and above (5.4.x and above for Gantry 5)

Also, if you are running Joomla 3.0, the minimum specs for Joomla 3.0 are found here http://www.rockettheme.com/forum/index.php?f=675&t=180131&rb_v=viewtopic - you can safely ignore this link if you are running J2.5.

and make sure php memory_limit is at least 128M

    • Ok so it looks like you have a "SEF" component installed that clearly is not compatible with J3.6. Disable or uninstall that extension.

    • I did it and it remains this:

    • Ok so all those SEF components errors are gone now. So, I guess you need v1.8 then, so I can't really help any further unless you renew your subscription.
