SOLVED PopUp Window - Thikbox, Slimbox, Modal PopUp on Mouse over

Hello,
i like an Modal PopUp like this effect in Attached file. So if some one go on mouse over on an image i will open a nice box witch includes a joomla content or i can insert a content.
Can you help me where i can do this with hexeris template?

So you are referring to a tooltip. What CMS are you referring to, Joomla? If so, there are various extensions available to do that buthe most common is from regular labs
