Hey Jim,
Have been playing with this template again...have you thought about changing the module position names so they don't conflict with things you may have in regular RT Named module positions? For instance m_showcase, m_user1 etc so you could very easily have all the normal RT goodies on a regular site but they won't conflict with the mobile version of the site?

It's a good idea Rich. I actually made the changes but decided to hold off for Gantry to see if I could make use of anything. Now that Gantry is released I will put an updated package together.

With the new Gantry supporting iPhones natively, this can still be used in the interim for other devices. And as far as switching automagically....Joomlapraise just came out with a free plug in that does exactly that.

So I'd think that you can use Gantry for iPhone then just send the rest to Jamesso's afterburner.

Ok.. this may be a silly question..
I have built a site using zephyr and I THOUGHT I could use the mobile module positions to create a mobile version all within the same domain and joomla install... My phone just loads the main site.
Can you please tell me how to use the mobile modules that come with the new templates?
I am struggling to get the concept it seems.
• Do I need to have a subdomain and the reinstall joomla and template or HOW??

This theme is not displaying right in my Blackberry. Was going to give it a shot until I saw what it looks like. It doesn't show the featured section on the home page and it also doesn't fully expand to fit the screen. It basically cuts off after the last menu item. Which makes it look shoddy on my blackberry
Anyone know of any good joomla mobile templates other than just the iphone stuff rocket themes seems to be accomodating in their newer templates? I need something that works on all mobile devices. Just a theme is all I'm looking for. - dealer websites

Does anybody know much about web browsing for users with disabilities? I'm wondering if it is possible to detect a disabled user as a unique user agent and switch them over to this simplified template?
FYI, I know how to identify mobile user agents and switch them to this template. (I am doing it at www.powerequipmentsolutions.com .) What I am specifically wondering is whether or not we can identify a user agent for disabled users?
