Is Quasar template GPL or Proprietary

Hello,
I was wondering whether Quasar code is available under the GPL license or proprietary.
In the templateDetails.xml file description it says: "Quasar is a free GPL template release."
but the license tag says: "Proprietary - RocketTheme Joomla Club Members Only"
is it because you forgot to update the tag or there is something that I am missing. What are the terms for developers who would want to build a custom template and use Quasar to start with?

- Hey rastin!, yes it should be GPL, that tag in the license was not updated. I've got it on our list to fix.
