Mobile Menu Toggle button & Mobile Internet Explorer

I'm writing to let you guys know of a potential bug I have found on my site when using the mobile version of Internet Explorer. When browsing my site on a smartphone with any browser other than mobile Internet Explorer the mobile menu toggle button works perfectly. When I view the site using a mobile version of Internet Explorer the mobile menu toggle button does not respond to any touch events.
My site is running Joomla! v.3.3.1 and Gantry v.4.1.24
I would appreciate anything you can do to look in to this.

- I will report this to our devs because I don't have mobile internet explorer which I could use. Are you using Gantry default template or any other template based on Gantry?

Yes, I am using the Gantry default template.
I too do not have a phone with Internet Explorer to check this out on. I only became aware of it when I borrowed a friends phone the other day to see how the site looked on it. He had a farely new Nokia phone running mobile Windows.
