  • SOLVED Gantry Invalid JSON response from save action.

    • Hi guys,
      when changing something in the Paradigm Theme via the WordPress backend I get the error message "Gantry
      Invalid JSON response from save action."

      Do you have any ideas what the reason for this could be?

      Attached 2 snapshots that shows this issue and also that all (?) plugins are installed properly.

    • Hello,

      Have you tried de-activating the 3rd party plugins in your Plugins section? Some 3rd party plugins have been reported causing this error.

      I don't think so because I am running the theme with exact the same plugins (that are just 2 more than a "blank" system") on a second domain and it works fine there.

      Do you have any ideas how to solve it? Do you want to have a look with my login data?

    • Hi Steffen,

      I could use your WP login and FTP access to fix this and find out in any errors come up in Console. Also, are you using Gantry in a multi-site or a normal one ?

    • Hi Dimitris,
      I found the mistake: a plugin (as you mentioned before) was the reason for this error. After updating this plugin everything works out fine!

      I have the same error.
      I already I disabled all plugins leaving active only the gantry
      I have installed Wordpress 4.1.1, gantry 4.1.4 and the Plethora template.
      It happened a 3 days ago. Before gantry update (was 4.1.2 version)
      I tried to recover the old version but nothing happens
