    • Wondering how to remove the <meta name="generator" content="Joomla! line in gantry 5
Im not interested in just changing it but totally removing it and donmt see any reasonto add another tool.
Ther must be a code means to accomplish this.
One used to simple add <?php $this->setGenerator(null); ?> in the index file but with the new index file how does one go about doing this?

      Thanks in Advance

    • It's added by Joomla - but Akeeba Admin Tools has a setting to remove it - that's proably the quickest way rather than messing with Joomla files.

      Regards, Mark.
