Module did not show up

what i did like this:
create a particle module(slider)
chose the position
assign to a menu item
....
(in development module)
then refresh the front end, it did not show up......
then I tried to assign to all, it showed up, but this is not what i need....
please help solve this...

If the position exists in the outline you are using it should be no problem to publish a module.
