      Why Particles/Spacer sometimes inactive.
      What am I doing wrong as it happens?

    • Please make sure that you post in the correct forum - "requests" is for requesting RT to make change to products or create new ones.

      I moved this to "Gantry 5" forum since I don't know what template you are using.

      That's because you have disabled that particle type on the "particle defaults" tab of the base outline (the red/green toggle in the corner of the particle settings).
