    • You don't have permission to access administrator/index.php on this server.
      Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

      I've seen that others have talked to their hosting to have this fixed, but the hosting is refusing. I added what the result came back in the secure tab.

      Please Help!

    • 403 forbidden is either cause by your own htaccess file or your hosting mod_security rules - you do need to talk to your hosting company

    • Ok so I guess it's time to get a new hosting company then. There's nothing really I can do if it's mod_security. If it's htaccess then that's in your own hands to correct too.

      Please would you post your URL, superuser id and pswd in the secure tab of your post and I'll have a look a quick look for you. Also, Please post your FTP logon, password and FTP URL in the secure area of your post.

    • I experienced this same problem. I ended up contacting my host provider and they had to make a mod-security exception on their side.
