Not possible or practical with the way Joomla works.
Rich was spot on with his advice.
You can't transfer sample data from one template to the next.
And if you really wanted to, it really is not a template related question, it really involves hacking your DB file, deleting content tables and importing content tables from one template to the next, which is a question that should be asked on joomla.org.
If you have an existing site, the best you can do is install the template and extensions for the new template and go from there.

I don't think you'll find someone willing to write 'a software tool' to do this as the above is pretty much understood.
Joomla is 'free' but that doesn't mean 'easy' in some cases.
We are here to support you but you have to understand there are some limitations.
You can't expect someone to help you to get the sample data from template 'A' to template 'B'.
