Where do I find a "Template Installer?"

just joined up...
i've downloaded pixel perfect. great template, and i thot setting it up would be a snap.
however, i can't find what i'm guessing is a tool called the "template installer." Where is it? I can't find it in the files I downloaded.
I can't find a FAQ anywhere on how to intall a particular template. In the case of pixelperfect, it mysteriously says load fonts before uploading file x...
I'm sure all this stuff is somewhere. I just can't find it.
And I want to get this template at least live on my domain tonight...

In the admin section of Joomla! go to Installers, and select the option for Template-Site.
Click Browse and find the PP template tgz file. Click on Upload File & Install.
That should get it to your site.
Next go to Site -> Template Manager -> Site Templates
Select PP and set it as your default.

this is going to sound weird but i can't find a link to the admin section in joomla. i have a one year membership so i gotta figure i have access to this.
yes, im new to this site, but i'm not retarded. if you can spare a reply, where specifically is the joomla admin located at?
i sweat to ya i can't find it.

i never heard of joomla before. now i get it. similar to wordpress etc.
